Thanks bro, it's nice to be back.....sort of.
At least that giant rodent that runs Florida won't be picking my pockets anymore.

Yup! I took stock after I got home. I found some lint, a paper clip, one half of a lifesaver, three pennies, a dime and a rubber band.

Welcome back, Larry!

But I'm really here to speak to Nathen's call for more controversial discussion. This is one Blunderite's point of view.

I am no fan of Bush & have enough opinions on what he's doing to fill this site, but I've refrained for a couple of reasons. First, it seems I'd be preaching to the choir.

Second, I've tried to think of humorous ways to approach the subjects, but it can't be done because much of this is satire itself, & can't be further satirized. Just think about it....First he says we need a tax cut because the economy is good. Then he says we need a tax cut because the economy is bad. He says the country can afford the tax rebates. Then the government borrows money to pay for 'em.....The Pentagon rigs the missile defense test. They admit that the test was rigged & that a magnet was placed in the target. Then they state, without a trace of irony, that enemy weapons "probably" won't have magnets in 'em.

The whole idea of starting the arms race again is baffling. What big defense contractors/campaign contributors is he doing this for? He "knows" that $18 billion is the "right" figure by which to increase the defense budget, even tho' he has done no study of the Pentagon's needs....Just like he "knew" the tax cut was the right size. This guy is the worst!

i'm getting some support from blunderites,,,overt and covert.

plan to get film footage of the mayhem.

on the 29th the white house will be surrounded..it's the "Beat Back Bush" (or something like that) campaign...i'm taping from lafayette park.

30th..roaming camera..catch as catch can.

i trust that the blunderite bail fund is still under ten dollars?

i'll keep you posted, unless you don't care.
any guerilla theatre ideas will be considered.

a "Bush-league" softball game, Todd, looking "all-Ameriican" but, with purposeful errors, batters running to 3rd base, outfielders dropping fly balls, etc, i.e Bush league!! a game, as alagory.... might get lotsa coverage
Welcome back Larry, was that you, woth cardboard fins, on New Syrna Beach?

well, todd, last time i counted, i think we had $3.69. I've got a couple of state quarters in my desk, so that should bring it to about $4.19. plus, of course, some lint, a paper clip, one half of a lifesaver, three pennies, a dime and a rubber band.

don't tell larry.

oh, and one bell we could hock?

well, with all those larry stalkers out there, i figured we should be able to get something for that stuff...

or, if larry's hungry, he might pay double for the half a lifesaver.
