I've seen movies with chickens flying around in the back of pickup trucks and maybe inside them as well. That's the picture I always had about this line. LOL

I lived in Los Angeles in the early 1970s and had some racous gay friends. For them a chicken was a young gay guy, as in "spring chicken", I guess.

This is a wild stretch for interpreting this line; and it doesn't make much sense that such chickenS would be flying around inside the plane.
Still I thought I might put it up on the board for the amusement of all.
