Unfortunately true.

The phrase goes....."Liberty and Justice for all",..... NOT ..."Liberty and Justice for the Voting Majority".

I still vote,..... yet I still feel as I am banging my head against a rock. :?

I don't expect 100% agreement in my own mind.

You know, maybe Arlo and Ted Nugent will be jamming together at the convention? I hope they catch it on video. Maybe Mitt doing a little Rich Man's Boogie in the background. Maybe that will lead to a dancing with the stars style debate. I bet Obama can take him when it comes to real hip shakin'!

(Just opening up that diversity bubble!)

I love that Rich Man's Boogie, how's that go:

You poor dumb bastard
You could be rich like me
Just shoot a socialist in the head
and send the jobs and cash off to Beijing

(ya baby, got the hand boogie going, but don't clap Mitt, you aint got the ri demm!)

Then in the end when everybody starts chanting:

Tax Break, Tax Break, Give the rich a tax break, Tax break, tax break, give the rich a tax break

Those Republicans know how to party

Course you got the damn Libertarians all standing around bringing everybody down with their:

"I am really a libertarian rag" crap

Oh well, dem's da breaks

Does it really matter who rests their paws on it? A lecturn is still a penis. Better to take care of business in the Ovum Orifice.

One of the most powerful evils is judging others by which group they happen to belong to, whether racial, sexual, political, religious, economic, weight, height, or any of the groups we use to distinguish one from another. The price we pay for the convenience is to become mean spirited and unkind to ourselves as well as everybody else. There's exceptions to every rule and when we gloss over the things we have in common in order to fool ourselves into thinking we're smarter, wiser, holier-than-thou, or better then everyone else we end up feeling like we're all alone. Trust me, we are not alone. There's friends everywhere. And someday you may need one. It would be nice if you didn't have to apologize before finding a new friend.

When they decoded the human genome they discovered that all humans are 99.9% the same. Meaning that 1/10 of 1% accounts for all the diversity of the human race. To me that is the signature of the creator, but regardless of if you want to get mystical with that genetic fact what John Lennon said is literally the truth "just remember your brother is everyone you meet".

I think we would be moving forward in reverse if we undo everything the incumbant president has done thus far. He has the respect of many other national leaders. He is seen as a strong leader with a strong wife to support him. If we have Mitt in the ovum office, will he be as respected? Will we, as a country of citizens, be respected if we toss out a good man who is finding the respect of many other nations? I suppose what has me a bit concerned is that Mitt has great corporate successes in his repertoirre, but that's dealing with people who work for a paycheck each week and listen to a corporate leader for the same reason. Recovering an economy in a nation being asked to provide that paycheck in the other direction, is not as simple as producing and selling widgets from an assembly line. Obama has his masterpiece less than half finished. So far it looks promising. Why judge it before it's finished?
