Not if Pete Seeger has anything to do with it. :)

Cool beens!

In your "re-mix" would you entertain (no pun inten-a-dead... gratefully) some brand star spankling new lyrics complete with the tunes? Perhaps borrowing a bit from Steve Earle... as in Copperhead Road?

Have you ever thought of writing an Ode to Scottie? ... I mean Trekie Heritage?

21st Century folk rock... Comin'n to Alpha Seti 5... Wond'rin' if I'm really alive... Don't touch my air supply valve Mr. Spock!... Oh, man!

Hope the tour is a braving success, Arlo! :D

Sounds safe. I'm sure Pete won't be shaking his head or looking for an axe. :D

Knowing Pete, he'll be looking for a banjo, not an "axe."

He may actually call his banjo an axe.

Hey ADG........ do you think, if I were to mail my banjo head to Pete Seeger... he would sign it and send it back to me? (With prepaid postage, of course).

Or I could mail it to the Church and you could forward it to him? (P.P.P., of course).

(Please)?

I might never make it out there to New york, and my banjo is the only one of my axe's that hasn't been signed. You/the Mammals/John Berry have signed my "Aspen" 12-string... Don McLean signed my antique Sears Roebuck 6-string, (which is cool because "American Pie" was the first song I ever learned to play on that guitar), and my Samick has been autographed by Ray Stevens, Gordon Lightfoot and Larry McCray. (Larry McCray opened for B.B. King..... I couldn't get ANYWHERE NEAR B.B. King, even though I was front row, stage left).

Could this be a possibility? :?

(That would be sweet). 8)
