That's terrible they would ban someone for cough drops. Sounds like communism. Yikes...

At the Birchmere, they also paw through your belongings to confiscate cough drops, life savers, etc. (I know this because one friend had a small bag of candy confiscated by them) because, you know, if you've got that kind of nutritious fare with you, you wouldn't want to eat their food. It's a bit ridiculous, imho.

The show in AA sounds neat. I'm looking forward to the one at the Birchmere, but we have to wait till March. At least that'll give me time to make sure there's no candy in my bag.

well i guess having a plate of bisghetti in my purse would be out too then...

humph!!

HAHAHAHAHA
That would not be a problem at the Ark Agnes. I don't think you're allowed to bring in your own booze, but I've seen people bring in all kind of stuff to eat (even saw a birthday cake come in once - it's hell to clean up after something line that though).

I remember going to a Kenny Loggins concert int he 70's and someone on our row was passing around a bottle of booze. I don't see what the big deal on cough drops are. Oh well I guess they want folks to cough during the show. <g> :)
