Growing up in northern CT and being about the same age as Arlo, I can't remember every time I've seen him perform (or run into him at someone else's show) over the past 40-odd years. Last night was another reminder why I never get tired of it. Arlo is always engaging, hilarious and sincere. I just expect that as a matter of course.

The best part for me is how Arlo re-charges my desire to keep trying to make the world a better place. "They went that-a way."

Oh yeah, the music was great, too! :D

Welcome to ArloNet swd. Its a great place to be. Anyhow, I was at the show in Manchester as well with my son and daughter. I've got them hooked on not only Arlo and his family but totally into folk music. We were sitting over in row J to the right of the stage. I was a little disappointed that Arlo didn't play the motorcycle song but I don't blame him. You got to change things up every once in a while and he's been playing the song consistantly for a number of years. He had a good friend of his at the show do you happen to remember what his name was? Anyway as usual it was an awesome show. My goal is to see him at the Guthrie Center as I have never been and would really like to see a show there. "Journey On"... :)
