It's a ukulele. What kind, I don't know. He (James Hill) performed a few days ago at a local theater (see other thread, "Mighty Uke") and I went in search of videos; he does a lot of interesting stuff with the ukulele. The singer is Victoria Vox, who is also a ukulelist (?), although not in that particular video. She's based in the DC-Baltimore area.

Victoria Vox!! Is that her real name? Her voice is beautiful. Vox, of course is latin for "Voice".

* "Vox" (song), a song by Sarah McLachlan
* Vox Records, an American record label
* Vox Records (Germany), a German record label
* Vox (musical equipment), maker of amplifers, guitars and organs
* Voxtrot, an Indie pop rock band from Austin, Texas
* Vox (magazine), a defunct British music magazine published by IPC Media.
* Ultravox, a British New Wave rock band.

coincidence ? ?

*Vox Humana, a key on a pipe organ or electric organ that makes it simulate the human voice (sort of)

Topic? What topic? Is anything off topic as long as it involves talent and strangeness?

But I do not know if Vox is her real name (or Victoria for that matter).

And now I've gone and found another one of Mr. Hill and Ms. Vox, along with this really old dude with a weird name and strange-looking ukulele.
