Has something changed with Arlonet lately? Just in the past week, it takes forever for the menu on the left to show up--several minutes at least. My computer is a 2 year old Dell and I have AOL--would either of those factors be causing the problem? If I move my mouse around I can still find what I want even though the menu isn't there, but it's not as easy.......

Hi, Judy. While AOL (dial-up) can be slow, I don't think that's the problem. Have you cleaned out your cache files lately? Run an anti-spyware program and an anti-viral lately? Done a scandisk and defrag?

I have Dells also, no problems. Then again, I'm on DSL. Do all of the above and post again.

I have noticed that the other boards are very slow to load inside the frame.

no problem seen here loading the home page - i'm on a T1/T3 connection so I'd have to go with Terrie and tell you to first check your AOheL connection. Try some other webpages. If you continue to have extreme slowness, then cache and other cleanups may be in order... or maybe it's time to take a walk outside for a while...
Have you rebooted completely? Sometimes a leftover activex or java module could be interfering, and not completely shutting down after closing your browser.

Thanks, Guys! I didn't understand half of what you said, but I did some basic housecleaning and the menu came up, no problem.
