I was there, who would a thunk? The Pratt Street Pub (previously The Wharf Rat) has a new Hand Pump Ale that was really good (caution, 7%). Sometimes you just feel like something Red Hot and Blue...so..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pwmTktXTki4

It makes me want to go down to some of the Pubs in the City down in Federal Hill (They look like dive but the Condo's are expensive?) and some of those artsy art gallery's too boot! That McMurtry Fellow is coming around, maybe I'll go down there then. Get a dose of Unrepentent Libertarianism (wrong place sorry, I know its over yonder somewhere else where isms go) with my loud guitar driven folk rock and roll. This bus is leavin' the station (can't afford no train and hell, airplanes are the cheapest...is this a weird world after all..I flew to Boston first class the other day for $89...$89 dollars and free Scotch...First class is dangerous for me as I like the Scotch). Oh Gawd, I need more coffee! Another extremely hot day and I got the itchy's from being in the yard last weekend....uuuhhhggg???

I did see a gold finch standing on a blue aster eating its seeds! Cozmic man.

Oh, I was also surprised to learn that Fat Freddy is based on a real person? I wonder if Fat Freddy Scat is based on a real cat? I bet he is just a composite cat!

good to see you! i was afraid i was going to forget what your voice sounded like :)

i got all this...%#@*&!...stuff i am...*#%&@!...sorting through....#&%$!*...kah!

a composite cat...that sounds like something fun to say to a cat when you are pretending to be ornery, "you're not a real cat, you're just a composite cat." like when i had cats, i would say things like, as if she weren't right there to hear, "i wonder if she knows she's a cat." or if i am being playful and pretending to be ornery i would say to my cat, "you look like a dog." and wait for the indignation to kick in...but it was too late, that ship had sailed!

okay, later!

thrilled me---filled me with fantastic terrors never felt before..." ---E.A.P.

"agnes, there you go again, being corny and dramatic."

And just one minute there young lady. Why aren't you tending the restaurant? Hmmmm? Why?????

You see I was passing through and looking to get a bite to eat and, well, it must have moved or closed (much worse) or disappeared.

The siren's call - a low murmur (that would be rumrum if you're a Blunderite) - a mildly sweet aroma - a warm close feeling - a POKE IN THE EYE! OUCH!!!!!!

These things are unavoidable for some and of no use to many. And to think.....

Thank you kindly for the Jones. A dog eh? Hmm.. this will take some thought.

It is pleasant to "see" you again. Yes, there's Larry over there and Todd and some folks I don't recognize.

So what's up besides the beautiful blue sky?

actually, it is raining dogs and cats outside...and acorns...it looks like some squirrels are slowly returning and they have gotten into the walnuts making them look like pirates. (i swear i saw one with gold teeth and a tattoo going round his neck!) i kind of wanted to go out in spite of the cold rain, but may instead go to the movie theatre and see "where the wild things are"? haven't been to the movies in i don't know how long!

I can't remember the last time I went to the movies either. :) I think the last movie I saw in a theatre was with Mike and was either the John Travolta (swoon:)) Wild Hogs movie or some Christian movie. And we went at matinee time cuz regular time, it costs too much.
