A year later from the last time I asked and I'm still looking. I really love this song and would really be grateful for some help for a new "cowboy singer". Just tell me what chords are used and I'll figure it out!

C/// G/// C/// C///

(done before coffee this morning so could be a problem)

PS This is my own shorthand: The name of the chord is one beat and each slash is one beat of the preceeding chord - so C/// is one measure of a C chord in 4/4. In this case you strum a C chord 4 times. The actual song may be in a different key, but the positions are what I was playing - maybe capoed maybe not.
