kj - I can get in with both Safari and Firefox. What's the exact issue? Errors? What do you see, etc....

Also version numbers may help... I develop and test everything on a Mac, so generally you shouldn't have any problems. I primarily use OS X 10.4 and the latest Firefox, sometimes forget to check in Safari (as Firefox is my prefered browser).

I had the same problem as kj, last week, with PC and Explorer.
I saw the botton line but I could do nothing.
I'll try with firefox next time!

Screenshots might be helpfull...

BTW - Explorer has issues with chat - a bug in IE, not the chat software. I'd recommend using Firefox, if nothing else, it's more secure than IE.

kj - the problem should be fixed now... screenshot helped a lot.

You were likely the only one encountering this... there is some javascript form validation going on and when it checked the name, if it was less than 3 characters you got the "All fields required" message. I changed it to less than 2 characters. Remember, I didn't write the code... just made some modifications, lol.

Also, for chat to work, you WILL need javascript enabled on your browser - just a note for anyone else who might be having problems.
