Tonight at 8:00 which is in about 1 hour and 15 minutes there will be a tribute radio show for the 50 anniversary of the Newport Festival, playing songs from way back then. They mentioned the music of Pete, Joan Baez, Bob Dylan and Arlo will be played. A real treat over here, where this music is played but not so often. I'll record it, but since I am still working with a single tape player I won't be able to share it with you. At least I wouldn't know how to get that on CD.

The show was ok, but only one song by Arlo "CONO". This seems to be about the only of Arlo's songs the radio stations over here have available. A little bit of Pete (Midnight Special, Down by the Riverside, Turn, Turn, Turn) alone and with others like Peter, Paul and Mary, some of Bob Dylan, a lot of Joan Baez.
It was good music, I just wished I could have heard some more of Arlo.
