He's a condradictor, with his hand out for his misstress
And his fix is getting ready, in the kithchen as we speak
It isn't a far fetched one, as his Dr. is a hippy
And I don't me dippy, he's not a weatherman

He would call me in the morning, but I guess he knows I'm sleeping
As the days of stand for count, are only memory's
But you know I miss the Toast now, and even the Holy ghost wow
They must have taught me something in that academy

But back to our main man now, he's counting the last can
And I trust in him he'll do the best, if he stands
You know I'm runnin with him, tho the world is far against it
But I'll be there, for when the sails don't blow

Chorus:

Where have all the lightbulbs gone
Long time flashing
Where have all the lightbulbs gone
Long time ago
Where have all the lightbulbs gone
Long time flashing
Where have all the lightbulbs gone
Long time ago???????????????///

written and stolen from some famous guy.
