This is more for the new people that weren't around when the first difficulties occurred. It's absolutely true and Dave was tolerant to a fault for the longest time...and understanding, too.
Also, from what I know of Dave, if you've got an issue with him, he'd much rather you just address it directly with no smilies or LOLs. He can deal with negative feedback just fine, as long as you remember you're talking to a person and that he has to make decisions and run the place.

I have to say Dave is a tolerant guy. If he hasn't said much about MY little quirks, that should be proof. I read my own post sometimes, and I realize, I have a hard time with words...Putting things into proper prospective, so to speak. Not only Dave, but the other moderators as well...Maybe I'm fooling myself, but it seems I should get teased a hell of allot more than I do. Maybe I owe it all to Fitzy, who knows I'm the sensative type...WEEP, WEEP, BOO-HOO.., or maybe that was Starchild.....I know I owe somebody somethin...

**Oh Yeah, those lenten dollars going to chuch.....

Right on kcycledelic....WALK-ON

Bark first bite later, to assist me in deciding just how it feels to be stuck with one word posts, I too have been reduced to barking, while it does not help me to understand you any better Cheryl, it does explain why dogs bite after a while....

Cheryl, while I defended your right to express yourself, I feel you are full of shit, your posts could have been nothing other then an attack upon Dave and ArloNet, of course your defense could be used to say that this posts is not about you, well it is so please do not misunderstand....

Attacks on Dave and ArloNet are not welcome here and if I were Dave I would send you one e-mail warning and them ban you from the boards, and while I do not read the boards where the attacks were posted, some people do and a knife in the back hurts as much as one in the gut so just stop doing it...

oh in case I get in deep shit for saying these things on a public board, Dave I would not mind being only able to bark if you could arrange for me to be able to lick my...ahhhhh

Peace

I knew I didn't have to say it, cuz you all said it WAY better than I was about to... I probably woulda started my response with "liar, liar pants on fire," and gotten less mature from there.

But then I start thinking... (I know, I shouldn't, it gets me in trouble,) that she really doesn't MEAN to lie. In her constant revision of history (what i really mean is...) Cheryl seems to sincerely convince herself that she is forthright and logical and humorous, and our collective pea-brains just don't seem to "get" it.

All I know is: The Guthrie Center has my donation, and I hope some others; I really enjoyed that first blah blah blah post; I LOVED the couple week respite on these boards; and, I am back to reading any posts by people's whose first and last names rhyme with the alacrity of a graduate of an Evelyn Wood Speed Reading Course.

good question, sherry. i'm sure many of us would like to know that answer. how about it cheryl...would you like to clear this up for us by being upfront and honest with what you did mean? please don't duck the question by saying you meant it in a general sense, since this is THE site where you were "borked and blahed".

Woo-hoo!! Kinda makes you miss the old "controversial topics" thread...huh?
From now on, anybody that wants to pick on someone can feel free to pick on me, because frankly, I don't give a shit. The way I look at it, it ain't gunna matter 50 years from now anyway, and if it got THAT ugly and physical and stuff, I can still kick the ass of probably better than 95% of the population anyway, so I don't care.(if you are in the other 5%, go pick on somebody your own size).

Well anyway, once this purging of emotions and stuff is over, and all is said and done, it would be nice to see bridges and not fences, I mean as long as we are building shit anyway.

Tickets go on sale for the cage match on March 31. Ringside ...$1500.00
Almost ringside.....$1000.00
Right behind almost ringside...$500.00
Middle class special seats...$250.00
Nosebleeds...................$2.98

Official souvenir wrestling thongs autographed by Dave or Cheryl available for only 3 easy payments of $ 39.95!!! Order today!!!!!

cheryl! I gotta hand it to you! LOL! I mean, when I read that post that dave put up here, *S* , I thought... what balls! Image the nerve of someone who's been given extra special treatment and consideration!!! ROFL!
To bite the hand that keeps you in Arlo-centric related matters online seems kinda stoopid, doncha' think?? LOL!
But then, to read your non-apology.... [grin] you've gone beyond stoopid....*S* now your insulting all our intelligence! LOL! I cut you no more slack cheryl. you're fair game from now on... ROFLMAOWTIME
just thought it fair to warn you.

Oh yeah... don't give us the un-educated, poor little ol' foolish me, I don't know a thing about computers, I ain't got a dime, I'm a diabetic so life is tough on me, crap anymore!!! You know computers better than most here, based on your multiple platforms and hardware connived from various peoples... and don't think there ain't people out there with worse afflictions than you have, who would probably kill to merely have diabetes like you... wake up each morning, count your blessings, and GET ON WITH YOUR LIFE! Everytime you think to babble about your poor existance, or how you got diabetes, or how sad you are that you can't go to an arlo show somewhere not 10 feet from your front door, go put a nickel in a jar instead! I bet you'll have saved the cash to go see arlo MULTIPLE TIMES in MULTIPLE STATES sooner than you think!!!! Better yet... just send the money to the Guthrie Center, and listen to his CD's Oh, I'm sorry, I forgot, you're too poor to have his CD's... just spin the record on one hand and use your fingernail to play the record... that's how you do it to save on electricity, right??

Sorry cheryl. the more I write, the more pissed off I get at you! The nerve!

You mean for the thong-clad cage match??
Maybe, but we kinda had our hearts set on jello, thumb tacks and chocolate syrup.
