It is so good to hear that you are back home and doing better day by day as painful as it may be. But you are back and back with us too. 8) :D

Graduated from physical therapy today. From the Generic, fix you up learn how to walk again, to Cardio Vascular Therapy. Apparently Drs. want me to strenthen my heart. This was a big step ( pardon the pun ) as I've really come along way with my legs cooperating.

I was so happy, I ran up two flights of stairs at Hepburn Hosp. A feat I probly couldn't of done as little as a couple wks ago. Not signing up for any marathons yet, but thought I'd let ya'll know, RB's improving. Lil bit every day.

Hopefully, with these cardio vascular exercises, I can get my blood pressure, back to some somewhat reasonable #'s. It's been bouncing around, like a rubber ball. Lucky to be in such good hands.

Tx again, to everyone who's showed they cared, and all the prayers. ( wondering if my cards ever made it to Germany)

Lots of Love/RB

Hey rb... congrats! On a "good day" I can hardly walk up a flight of steps. Amazing how much you've done in just a few short weeks! Keep it up!

Two flights? Make it one more and you can audition to be the bad guy in any upcoming TV lone wolf detective series episode. Buddy cops always catch the bad guy just after he bursts onto the roof and jumps to the adjacent building. Lone wolves lose them in the alley at the fence.

Incredibly great news today! For those of you who remember, the drama of Rb's many blunders just over 3 yrs. ago. When I stumbled on to two DEA agents that woulda loved to put me away. Long story shorter, I paid an attorney a large sum of $$$ to get me probation. Probation sure wasn't the 'get outta jail card free' my lawyer promised me, and almost a yrs. good time. ( for peeing the wrong color into the cup) lol

Been outta the hospital for lil over a mnth? I asked Sue last wk. Maybe I should call probation, tell em I'm home. Sue called em for me, as for those of you that don't know, I can't speak clearly. Drs. badly damaged my left vocal chord, to the pt. I need surgery to ever talk again. But the GOOD THING IS, my P.O. told Sue Poor, poor Bob how's he doing, tell him I'll set up a home visit next wk. See him then. Take care of yourselves. She stopped in today, and asked me some questions, then told me, she was cutting me loose off from probation. She said with my accident and having to go to Physical Therapy I had enough on my plate, for the next yr.... Asked if I had been smoking mauijuana, and said she would take my word for it. Of course I lied, like any good American boy/ and she said, sign these papers, your now officially off from probation.... Good luck, stay outta trouble...

I'm still pinching myself on that on.... Puff puff

* funniest or rather odd thing, is my PT and I were talkin this wk. and he admitted he preferred medical mauijuana than the psenthetic type drugs on the market today. Parmaceuticals will kill you, Jerry said, Pot aint never killed no one..... ( he does work in a hospital setting, and allot of O.D.'s lately) nuthing better than a wake and bake he said......

I'm thinking that treadmill might look rather strange before this is over.

Hallilulyuy: Rb's off probation. I had better ideas on what I'd do on this day, but ya take what's thrown at cha... I guess.

If anybody deserves a break like " time served" or whatever they want to call it, it's you Rob. For all the tragedy you've experienced and endured recently, or rather, in spite of it, your guardian angel has been working overtime. :D Just pray that your PO isn't an Arlo fan and logs on here.......

Good to hear about your recovery. Are you contemplating the surgery to regain your speech capability? Too soon to consider? Hope all goes well for you.

Kevin surely don't have to wonder if she's an Arlo fan. I dought she'd know who he was, unless you gave her the 20 questions and the answers to said.

Thank's for asking Ron. Yes, Drs. tell me it's best to wait a yr. see how much the damaged one heals, if any, than proceed with surgery. Don't quote me on this, but I believe they rebuild the damaged one with some type of siclicone, to replicate said.

I'll know more down the road a piece, as I'm getting into a good throat Dr. in a few wks. to ponder the possibiliy's, and sounds like I have a full yr. to find a good surgeon. It'd be nice if it turns out to be the specialist I'm seeing.

* That's if he takes my insurance. If he saw my recent Dr. Bill of 6 figures, he might run for the hills.....
