Thanks Cheryl. I was on a train all day on Mothers day - AND I do mean ALL day - but I had a nice dinner with my son and his girlfriend who just returned to the states on Tuesday. (I also got some beautiful cards brought onto the train by my youngest kid - JohnC).

Trains are great! Amtrak especially!

I'd love to ride an Amtrak sometime. Mike talks about them so fondly talking about the times he took the train back to KY to visit his Aunt & Uncle there. They saldy got rid of the train there. I never rode on before cuz my folks had a car & always went by car & after marrying Mike thr trains didn't go anymore to where we wanted to go & it was expensive. But I've always though it'd be neat to ride one. The autotrain sounds so neat. Maybe one day....
