Louise/Deb’s a half-Yank Down Under,
Who’s making her plans for a Blunder:
She’ll see Larry read cheese,
Give everyone a squeeze,
And in Church she will clap just like thunder!

We don’t know what year she will make it,
It’s hard to leave chooks far behind,
But a peace cookie awaits—
Wyld will bake it.
And the braincell will be in her mind.

For her birthday we all send our love
To our Blunderite over the sea,
And we know she will help celebrate
The changing of the guard in D.C.

Wow, is it tommorow in Oz already? So, you get to celebrate well before we do, and we get to celebrate for you when it's over? It's like a 48 hour birthday! Happy Birthday Louise!

There is a girl named Louise
Who gave the vegemite tube a squeeze
She spread that goo
on not one slice, but two
Which caused the bread to exclaim "Pa-LeeZE!!!"

( She was later reported the the S.P.C.B. ( the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Bread)

Uh...

There once was a gal from Nantucket,
with a...er... umm...

that doesn't work... well, then...

Oh, Deb Louise
I wanna give you a squeeze.
Kiss the hem of your cape
and peel you a grape.
Wish you the happiest of birthdays
in all manner of ways.
Spin 'round and around
counter-clock wise profound!
To the "Queen" of down under
a magnificent blunder!

Love ya sweetie,
Jay (who?)

So.....just to try and keep updated on a confusing issue, I think it's Louise's birthday here today, but where she is, it was yesterday. :? So......it says in the birthday thing that she turned 53, but if her birthday lasts for 2 days, that means depending on which way the earth spins, she is really either 26 1/2 or 106..............I think.? :?

Happy Birthday Louise! Ditto everybody :)
Today on this special day all of the candles will be blown out with every little breeze from Louise with no whispers. I think I heard that in a song :)

Have a groovy day and chow down on chonklit cake and ice cream 8)

Peace,
Lorie

I just got home from work, it's 5:30PM Wed evening (3:30AM Wed morn your EST) AS I type I am trying not to get frosting on the keys from a leftover piece of my CHONKLIT cake that I was given at work today, at morning tea (don't work on Tuesdays) And Larry is right by the time my Birthday is getting near evening here it's just starting over there! So I have a long one. Actually it started way back on Fri night when I went out with a bunch of my galfriends then progressed thru to Sat with my Beloved, then he took my out to breakfast on Sunday (I WAS gonna have the pancakes Shel, to kind of pretend I really was at Woodyfest, but the Eggs Benedict got the better of me). Then I spent Mon and Tues down in the city with my folks (as I am helping then out at the moment) and saw my family and got taken out to Hogs Breath Cafe for lunch (hey! Hogs breath is better than no breath at all!)
Got home Tues night and had lots of phone calls then was so worn out went to bed, got up the next day and froze my butt off at work. Then came home fed the critters, lit the fire, had a shower, put my PJ's on made a cup of Hazlenut flavoured coffee to have with my CHONKLIT cake, turned on Lehrer then sat down at the computer logged on to Arlonet and found all these lovely grettings from a bunch of weirdo's!! What a great way to end my long birthday!! All these talented Limerick writers! Even my Beloved made me a card and made up a Limerick for me, it included something about me being lucky to have him!!
Seriously thank you all for thinking of me, my life has lately kinda been like Dorothy spinning around in Auntie Em's house with Toto and all your warm greetings and amusing postings have put a big smile on my face!
(OH, and Lar...you can DIS me and my Vegemite all you want but I will never let The Vegemite come between us! OR is that let you come between me and The Vegemite?)

Nantucket? I don't think that's anywhere near Oregon......

Love to you all :)

I looked it up......they got 12 step programs for vegemite abusers in Oz. They consider an abuser to be anyone that uses it more than once in a lifetime.
