If Bush, Cheney, Rumfcker, Rice and the rest of this Administration
are not held accountable for their crimes against The American People,
The People of other Nations, the abuse and miss use of the Rule Of Law and The Constitution Of The United States Of America then we leave to the next Generations NOT the America that was left to us, NOT the America Men, Women, Children have work, died, fought and tried to right of pass wrongs.
But we leave a damaged form of Government that will continue to chip away at the Constitution, the rights of The American People and of ALL other Nations that have a Buck to steal.

If this is Not stopped here and now (and I don't expect that it will) the finial Chapter of this Nation (US of A) will trace right back to this decade as the beginning of its end
I got Grandchildren that I think should have a chance to raise Their Own Families in a better World than I have seen in my life time, but it is most likely going to be so much worst I don't want to think about it (the tears fill my eyes and fall to the floor)

In the end The Bush Admiistration has done more damage to this Nation
than Bin Laden could have ever hope to.
That Hussain guy who could not have harmed America or killed a fraction of the Iraqis that this Administration is responsible for in the last 6 years,(and when he did kill Iraqis he was getting the BIG BUCKS from our Great Leaders of The 1980s in Washington DC)
The guy that help keep Iran contain and Bin Laden's Boys from having a play ground in Iraq - remember him :?: They Hung him by the neck and thats what needs to be done to others who are really a threat to The so called American way of Life.

The First US Marine Corps Division could clean up Washington DC real quickly :!: Nancy Pelosi, Steny Hoyer, and Rahm Emanuel could stand a Damn Good Kick In The ASS on their way OUT of town TOO
The next President is NOT going to fix the problem I am talking about here - hell, who ever it is will only use it to their advantage. The People will lose and it will just be accepted like all the other crap has been.

I'm tired of preaching to you guys :!: Get you head out of

Oh wait I thought I was on that Bob Dylan site

Now here's an interesting point: The next session of congress, when new representatives are sworn in, begins on January 3 2009. Too late to impeach (since the current movement for impeachment is being stalled)... but perhaps SOMETHING can be done? Censures or something.... ANYTHING...
We can't let this administration's injustices stand as precedent for future administrations!

Wyld i think there are always little turns and twists in legislative procedures to move on impeachment... the push is on and closer than ever..

and if it passes for impeachment, indictment sounds good, eh??....

This is from another post but applies here...
I'm wondering if we can't tell the deception from the deception? Will this ever happen? Why go after them now, why has it not happened already?

My goodness, look at the shape we are in, where is the plan to fix the mess we are in? Is the next step major worldwide depression?

Corporate welfare. And they just keep sucking us dry and not contributing. We are getting less revenue from corporations now then in the 1950's. And we, as a country, go on like sheep. Baa.

Being led off a cliff. Baa...

I think it's better doing the hearings and introducing impeachments late than not at all. I agree that they should have been started earlier but when you have a Congress that is more concerned with being re-elected than doing the right thing, the last thing they want to do is make waves.

And why corporate welfare? Most of the people that we, the common masses elect, are either lawyers or business people or a combination of the two (like a horror film monster, isn't it?). And I'm not talking Mom & Pop business people but corporate bung holes who think that the biggest expense and drain on businesses are the workers (Not an exaggeration. I've heard that remark several times over my working life.) and who very seldom loose a wink of sleep over the workers who get laid off and loose their homes, etc. because it was cheaper to outsource production and/or staff overseas. Lawyers and corporate suits .... they control the politics, have all the power and control the guns and bombs and we're the dopes who keep electing them.

"When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty."

Support the Kucinich Impeachment Hearing on Friday, July 25, 2008.

Tell your Representatives to support impeachment by cosponsoring H. Res. 1345:

Thanks, Zap. I signed it. My goal is a BIG FBI file.

Just kidding--it's probably too late, but if we could just keep those thieves from getting their lifetime pension and other benefits, that would be good.

What good? Maybe not as much as when it should have been done but it will still do a lot of good. It will send a message, not only to the Bush White House, but to others who may think of abusing their power in the future. It will show the politicos that we, the people, are getting sick of all of that crap (that is, if you write/email/contact your congressperson). It will go down as an historical record that these bastards were impeached. Who knows? Maybe it will lead to them being tried for war crimes by an international tribunal (I know, it's a stretch). That was even mentioned on The Letterman Show last night. The subject of war crimes was brought up during Letterman's interview with guest Jane Mayer, author of "The Dark Side", a study of the Bush White House. One more day to contact your congressperson. It's easy. Click on the above link, put in the info, click! Get going!!!
