Sometimes I think the best way to Unite this Land is to make 50 separate nations out of it. I'd try almost anything at this point for it is divided now, and its fall won't be pretty.

Ok, how may cities do we have. They could all take care of themselves, and their counties, even New Orleans.
But personally I have been hoping for a New New England for years.
All I am saying isn't much different than what happened to Russia.
Lots of our troops only protect America's Corporate interests over seas.
But I am one of the few end time sages who even speak of spreading out the wealth as Isaiah23:17-18 talks about.-not much different from the Union Men who trained me in the 1980's, with them telling me trickle down only trickles up.

Not sure if this is the right place to post this (I just joined), but Arlo's show at the Flynn Theater in Burlington Vermont, on Saturday 2 February, partially benefits the Vermont ACLU.

The show sold out a long time ago, but at least one ACLU volunteer is still selling his tickets. The tickets are "best seats in the house," only $75 (but you can contribute more w/your check to the ACLU) AND each ticket includes a private ACLU Arlo reception at the Flynn Space after the show.

Yes, Arlo and the Flynn Theater set aside a block of tickets for the ACLU and he graciously agreed to have a reception for the ACLU after the show. We (I'm an ACLU volunteer) are extremely lucky to have his interest in the Vermont chapter!

I took this post to heart, kj, and in keeping an ear on the issues, I found Barack’s campaign to be highly inspiring, especially with his Yes WE Can speech. He did evoke days of JFK and it did not surprise me at all that Teddy and Caroline (even though she was too young to remember) jumped onboard.

But it is not going to be a Black Camelot, which is why I think it is working. Just my take on this, but it appears to me that the younger generation is colorblind. They are not seeing a black man running, they are seeing a man with an electrifying campaign. He is cool, he has a cool name, he represents a fresh start and new beginning in Washington.

I just want to say that if this is even partially true, that this young generation doesn’t see him as a black man , this is HUGE!! THIS IS GREAT!! THIS IS PROGRESS!!

I am not positive that I completely agree with him, but one thing I do know, people like him , and they want to elect him as the next President. He won in South Caroline a state where 84% of votes stated Clinton had the right experience.

Younger people in particular really do not like Hillary. I am amazed at how many people speak to her personal attributes, how she looks, what she wears, that her voice wavered, that she is divisive, and most of all that she is a woman.

But if we listen to what she has done in China and with human rights, what I hear is that she can make significant change both in the country and in the world. I think with her in office, we have the best chance of advancing international conflict resolution (world peace).

Barak said in an interview today that uniting the country would allow him to move his agenda forward. I sense that his strategy is to unite across political lines so he has a better chance of successfully doing this.

If he gets the democratic nomination, I will vote for him and back him all the way.

maybe that is why i was thinking about a three headed president?
perhaps it suggests unity
or confusion on my part...or maybe it's diffusion

I guess we all knew Obama would win SC.

But let me again do a kind of reversal thing, and tell me your take on it. Obama is half black and half white, but people keep talking about him being black. What if he had been born with white skin. What then?? Would people see him differently? Would they still talk about him as the first black person to run for Prez? Would he have won SC??

And what if Hils was a man? Would they be talking about her hair, clothes , her being too tough or cold? Would so many women still be voting for her??

Or maybe a contusion, an infusion, or a delusion...

Barack Obama will be speaking at the University of Denver on Wednesday morning... I'm going to the event!

tell him the Blunderites say hi. I think he is gunna be my guy.....we vote here next tuesday.
