The first one is always free. According to inflation, prices are at an all time low. I think I'll stay in my 3 x a day regimine....8 hrs. is a long time, when your chest feels like it was run over by a truck...BTW: The meds do 1/2 the job! It I were to take 2 tabs, or 12, they'd still do the same job. Only 2 is better on my system! Finding out the hard way! It's been 3 wks. monday since I smoked anything, and 3 long wks. of taking meds....PRN or AS NEEDED....The wait makes me think good thoughts. This didn't happen over-night. And I'm starting to feel a toothe-ache. That's a good sign...Something to complain to my Dentist friend....(I swear he was Elvis's Dr. in a prior life)...<img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/wink.gif" width=15 height=15>

Not worry Pat. He's about as health-crazy as Richard Simmons (but I don't think he's Gay) NEVER asked him. Todds getting his much needed <img src="http://www.arlo.net/ubb/smilies/zzz.gif" width=20 height=24> ...and I've been napping (something about this 45 I love to wake up 'real' early, make the most of my morning)....Then fall asleep to Northern Exposure Episodes, I've seen a billion times....I either don't sleep and watch the show, or heavily doze for about 90 minutes, sometime 2 hrs....2 hr. naps are the greatest. I also like the 15-20 minute ones, where you wake up feeling like you slept 4 hrs!!!.(I've always drempt in color, but after the 70's my dreams got a lil more intence. Often coming true. Wierd.No?

The War isn't among my list of priority's anymore. (it should be, children are raped and killed, and the corrupt ways of Evil Governments (not leaving out the USA) will most likely never get a grip on what's to happen. Not only 'not' figure out why it had to happen in the first place. There are brave men and woman fighting this war. Some in Afganistan, some in other regions close by! I am among the ones, that chose to live here (am too old for the Army anyhow) and fight terrorism in our back yard! I'm not at all paranoid. BUT I can smell a rat. And if the shit hit the fan, I'd take Neil's advice and Roll...And I don't mean the Rock fashion!!!

This may not be the appropriate place for this and I appologize ahead of time if it's not.

I've started and stopped and deleted more in the past 10 minutes trying to get my thoughts straight then ever before I think.

Reading up on some news this morning, I find that a group of people who went out to share joy and celebration in love were killed yesterday - all while attending a wedding. A bomb was dropped on a wrong target killing 40 - so far that they've found.

As glad as I am to be fortunate enough to live here and have the freedoms I do, it doesn't seem right that there are more people than imaginable across the globe that have no rights or liberties. And yet instead of actually doing anything to help these countries - or should I say people - our govt. only seem to further harm them. And further promote the hate and misunderstandings those folks have against "the free world".

Maybe that's just my own dissillusionment at 4:30 in the morning, but I don't think I'll ever understand war. And quite frankley, I don't want to. When has killing ever helped anyone prosper?
