Hey Leo, Jafo has decreed that all those banker and JP Morgan were actually socialists! Apparently America had billionaire socialists back in 1913. Not in Calumet Michigan in Copper Country, but down on Jekyll Island in Georgia.

Amazing isn't it! I'm an Okie and I don't understand all this socialist / capitalist stuff?

It either IS a failure of capitalism or it ISN'T. It cannot be both. Unless of course, you are full of shit.

to say those two things are in conflict is like saying it was a failure in medicine, is the same thing as saying medicine is a faliure.

Unfortunately, that analogy is broken beyond repair. Let's look at it in context shall we?:

Are you saying this recession we are living through that took a huge chunk of my retirement is a Success of Capitalism?
If these are Successes of Capitalism then I think you have a pretty good case that Capitalism can not be salvaged!

So please, he is saying it is a failure of capitalism when he says "The Great depression was a Failure of Capitalism". He didn't it was a failure IN capitalism did he? We both say "of" do we not?

Trying to defend him with semantics that don't even work is intellectually unbecoming to say the least.

Not nearly as goofy as you trying to defend what you said.

What was that Doofus, do you have some kind of point? I would imagine not, because other than stupid little remarks that illustrate your small mind, you have added NOTHING to this conversation.
