I was just pointing out that it is unlikely that I can take anyone seriously on a technical question or in a technical discussion who does not understand basic fundamental "household" chemistry. Not only did you not understand it but you pontificated on it without understanding it.

I suppose what is laughable from this view, is that I admitted to being incorrect many posts ago. 3 year olds will tell you that just about anything you say is wrong. A drunkard never let's an issue go, because they fail,if not blatantly refuse, to see an acknowledgement.

For this discussion, though, as I recall you couldn't even answer a simple question about solid mechanics... or wouldn't. At this point, especially, the topic is about physics and even religion, not chemistry.

Ya'll now have me wanting to read the book of Revelation.

It is a wonderful little story of intrigue and betrayal with great images of evil beasts from the sea (the external world) and behemoths on land (our own internal betrayals) and power plays complete with war and famine and death blood everywhere. Beasts getting fat on the blood the temple and the death of the lamb. Yet still the good guy on the white horse in the realm of earthquakes, tidal waves and volcanoes and a never ending thunder storm....still he raises an army from the tribes of Old Jerusalem and Builds a new Jerusalem in a grand spectacle that includes a ritual barbecue of evil incarnate.

The best part is the the party of the first person is on the side of righteousness...but you never know who he is...so he is everybody!

I will play and assign the title of evil:

It's ironic you should focus on the Revelation. It's been 40 years since, still that book likely inspired my interest in the Bible. If you do read it, keep in mind that John says right up front that he's seeing this in a vision and that at various points in his letter he defines what he is seeing as "It looked LIKE such and such..." There are many points that prod the imagination, such as "locusts with the faces of men and hair as of women." The question that befuddles the reader is what real world event is being represented by, for example, the rider on a white horse.

When weighing all these things for your own imagination, it is best to realize that there's a strong opposition to theism to begin with. If you ever bring up some points that tend to validate the Bible, the atheist has a learned compulsion to prove you wrong. As is exemplified in this thread, the atheist will sidestep anything that points to such validity. If that isn't enough then the atheist attacks the theist, even if all they pick at is some irrelevant error involving some completely unrelated discussion.

That being said, it's all food for surrealism to the artistic soul.
