It was little Johnnie's birthday last week. My favourite pollie, Kevin Rudd,(Opposition Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade and International Security, and hopefully a future PM of this country) who was anti invading Iraq, bought a milking goat for a village in Darfor, in Johnnies name, as a gift to him.

Now he didn't come right out and mention the Pet Goat connection, but it was there!

Oxfam unwraped gift program do things like that. I've bought quite a lot of things from them. I bought Alan a Goat and 50 fruit trees last Christmas.
