A no vote just became a yes vote, and the little guy gave us his rationale. I expect the other "progressive" holdouts to fall in line on the "half a loaf is better than none" philosophy.

It's really a shame that the insurance companies are going to get 95% of what they wanted in the first place (they're crying about the other 5%, I guess).

Let's hope it's a case of first getting the motor running and then doing a tune up. Be nice if it could happen while most of us are still alive!
