What? That was no crime. They should be arresting murderers and rapists and not some guy singing a patriotic song. Welcome to the site.

Getting arrested :!: (I remember similar experiences as a kid on the streets of Belfast)

My lawyer :D would love me getting arrested for JUST singing that "Patriotic" song

(If he was singing that 'Dumb song' of Arlo's  I'd understand!)

Back in Northern Ireland, ordinary, peace loving decent folks used to get arrested for singing songs like "We Shall Overcome" etc so the Police Force had to get changed and new (Brit) laws did just that.

Sometimes its just a few pickles in the orange barrel souring the taste. We sure had a lot of rotten oranges back then but now we got a fair share of apples and oranges in the barrel with perhaps the odd pickle to contend with. These days, we also got the Law watching the Police, so justice may actually prevail. It took courage to sing those songs and stand up for ordinary Civil Rights for all, but didn't you folks experience similar stuff back then?

Maybe that's what happened concerning your husband's predicament (he got pickled). Unless of course, his name happens to be 'Edward Snowden'?
In that case we all know he's as innocent as a law abiding gay rights activist in "Mother" Russia!
"God is LOVE" even in the USSR and as we all know, change is here to stay.

I hope you, your husband and your family are (all singing) okay. Peace and best wishes to everyone :) and if all else fails you can always blame the Guthrie's

"Walkeristas" Mikey? Right on Cheryl

Walker is the Governor of Wisconsin; I refer to his followers in this way.

Thanks mikey. (and thanks for the AlJ.)

First monkey thought was big Texas Rangers on 'Patriot" patrol - bored silly
Second monkey thought was "Obie" police on 'Dump' beat - really bored silly
Third thought was ask the Organ Grinder and Walla, I got the right tune!

Peace and love to all, including Mr. Walker. May he and his "Obies" be blessed with the wisdom of Woody and the "Amazing (Ma & Pa Rabbit) Grace" of Arlo. If that fails, you're all pickled!

Have a nice day America XXX
