I've been reading RiverBend's Blog for a few weeks now... since she was brought to notice by Salam Pax (of "Where is Raed" )

Today she transmits a "verbatim" copy of a letter to the Iraqi people, from Dubya! It's so true, that it's funny (yet not!)
