Is it just me, or did Bush's "plan" sound more like a set of goals or a wish list without a plan?

Truthfully, I want some of what he's smoking, if he thinks this is a "Plan"... even blunderites do "half-a-plan" better than this!

I didn't get to hear his speech last night. But I plan on voting for someone else in November.

Oh, Goofus...I would rather have the train squish the brain cell than to lend it to him...he'd choke on it anyway!

Everytime I think of him & the mess he's put the U.S. into, and I try not to, I could kill myself.

Liked the bit about "turn over full sovereignty ... but we'll still be there to do the killing that's needed" (not his exact words, but sure how it sounded to me) and "we'll tear down the Abu Gh...Ghrrub prison and build a new one." New one??? Ooohhhkayyy ... I'm sure the Iraqi people will feel much better about being tortured in a brand-new, state-of-the-art prison instead of that old one they've got now.
Uh-huh.

Maybe it'll have hidden videocams so the folks back home can monitor them day and night.
