When he played this in concert in 1982 he had these members in his band. Randy Brown, Joe Daniels, Larry Larson, and John Wood. I'm not sure it they played on the version that you have.

The musician singing Cadillac Ranch with Warren is Randy Brown. Cadillac ranch was combined with Poor Poor Pitiful Me. This was an arrangement that the band suggested at rehearsals prior to going out on tour.
