Cyndy, you just might of stumbled upon the most talented band that ever graced the Berkshires. However I don't believe they are still together, as a group. If you search this site, you'll probly find all the info your interested in.

* In 2000 my wife and I saw them at the Guthrie center, and my 2 teenage boys LOVED they're music. My youngest got auto-graphs from the band. Randy Cormier ( guitar and lead vocals) signed a guitar pic for my youngest, and to top that off drummer Danny signed and gave lil rob his drumsticks... In retrospect, it was probly the most fun vacation we've ever had as a family!

They write some beautiful songs, and really put allot of emotion into said.

Good luck. I'm sure you'll find similiar storys from other blunderites.

* linear note: last time I heard of Xavier, they had gotten back together to do a fund-raiser for the devestating fire in Providence R.I. where the light show caught the place ablaze, and survivors were few......

take it easy - but take it! (WWG)

From what I understand Xavier got sidelined because of Tim Sears having injured his hand, it having gone thru a glass window. He couldn't play guitar for along time cuz of it. He was at an Arlo gig in Staunton, VA a coupla yrs ago & seemed to be doing pretty good considering...

Thanks for the info, guys!! I heard 3 songs (Last Train, Strangers and ?Rock My Soul?). They sound so great together -- the harmony is outstanding!! Does anyone know if they wrote the songs?? I think now I have to buy the CD to hear the rest. Wish they were still together and I could go and see them! :D I don't know when Abe would have any time ... since he's usually with Arlo!! I haven't had time to check the site yet for threads on Xavier ... but I will in time!
