A new movie of the Carnegie Hall concert in 2003 is being released December 9th. Pete Seeger, Fred Hellerman, Ronnie Gilbert, Erik Darling, Peter, Paul and Mary, Theodore Bikel, Leon Bibb, Arlo Guthrie, Sarah Lee Guthrie and Tao Rodriguez-Seeger appear.

The only place it is showing that I found is the Quad Cinema in Greenwich Village in NYC.

I tried the email address at the website http://www.7thart.com/current/time/ and will see what they say.

It's kinda expensive at $47 but I got permission to get a copy for my brother and his wife for a Christmas present. If you add up the train tickets and the subway tickets and the theater ticket and seeing it more than once, I guess it isn't that bad.

I wonder how much of this setlist made it into the movie (90 minutes)

A clip is available thanks to the San Franscisco Jewish Film Festival this summer.

Wow! See this film! What a great visit! The singing isn't bad, either. :)

Hmmm, I used http://www.7thart.com/current/time/ and at the bottom, there was a link to order the film and it still throws me into my mail program.

When I sent email beginning of December, I got a USPS mailing address and instructions. I sent a check and the DVD arrived before Christmas.

Have things changed? (The film is worth the effort to get.)

Received the following response from 7th art.com. Apparently, the film version was just released a couple of weeks ago.

From : Matt Henderson

DVDs and VHS copies are not yet available. Feel free to check back with us
in the coming months.
