i so agree with what you said! when my hubby and i talk about things like this, i wonder aloud what if every time i came across a situation in which i thought i had been slighted and i claimed the right for compensation because women were once considered a husband's property and he could beat her or do anything else he wanted and we had to get the right to vote etc. - that's the past and it belongs there and we should only be concerned with the best way to move forward! that's why arlo has always been such an inspiration to me - to stand up for what i believe in a peaceful manner and to always strive to make the planet a better and safer place to live!
