hey irene, i was at that concert in deerpath park. free, wasn't it? in fact its the only arlo concert i ever went to, but it was the BEST, for me anyway! the energy was terrific wasn't it? i tried to go a few years later and it was moved to the high school gym because of looming tornado warnings or something and i couldn't get inside, so i stood outside listening through the wall. i was both bummed and yet invigorated to be near arlo and out in the elements. the tornadoes never showed up either if i recall, but it got pretty dark and ominous.........

i've joined the RON PAUL REVOLUTION as well! don't know where it will lead me, but all i know is i've got a gut feeling, and something is telling me to go down this road at this point in "Time". sort of like standing out in the rain, risking life and limb, while listening to arlo singing through a brick wall!

Rip, a few of us from ArloNet were at that show at the high school... from what I understand, they were supposed to have posted speakers outside for those of you who couldn't get in. It was a fabulous show! I drove in from Reading, PA that day. Storm threats all day, until after they moved the show indoors... then it seemed to have cleared up. Inside it was so HOT! A bunch of menopausal women stuck inside the hot auditorium. Great show!

Fact #1: Ron Paul supports the legalization of marijuana.

Fact #2: Ron Paul took the money supporters had donated to him for his campaign and used it to buy a blimp. A campaign blimp. With the world "Revolution" painted on the side.

Fact #2 only makes sense when you're aware of Fact #1.

I DO like Ron Paul,... but I only vote a straight Libertarian ticket.


Too bad he didn't seek the Libertarian nomination.
