Hope you are all well and had a good new year!

I bought alices restaurant on dvd a couple of months back and really like all of the songs on it. Ive been learning to play the guitar you see, and fancy trying some of the songs. Anyone know what they are called? And did Arlo release them on any albums?

Theres one in particular goes something like 'from my hands to the waters gone forever from the land...' you know when he's in the club playing, theres also another one when hes in a club playing.

There actually is a soundtrack album to the Alice's Restaurant movie which is hard to find and contains songs from the movie. Your best bet is looking on ebay for the original vinyl. A little while ago secondspin.com had the Alice's Soundtrack CD I am not sure if it is still available. The CD is enhanced and has bonus song tracks from the film that were not on the original 1969 album release. I hope this helps, good luck!

The 'from my hands to the waters gone forever from the land' song is a really good one. I really like that one. Sadly I don't think it's on any of the Alices soundtrack records or cd's. Wish that one would get put out on cd...

I downloaded(legally of course) one called 'im going home' from the alices restaurant soundtrack, but unfortunately its not one of the ones im looking for. Ill have to keep looking, or try and tab the songs just by watching and listening to the movie

wasn't to long ago i found a soundtrack on vynyl in real good shape. was tickled pink. to think my vynyl collection for arlo is now complete

I just checked eBay, and found four copies rather quickly.
