Just back from the weekend with Arlo and Robert Bly at Omega. Thank you Arlo, for sharing yourself, your stories and music, and your "complicated heart" with us so generously. And many thanks for rescuing us from the deep, dark well of depression, at the bottom of which apparently lives Robert's Muse! I came home and signed right up on the message board, and look forward to more visiting with you and yours. ~ Martha Jane

I, too, was at Omega. Arlo's message of positiveness was clear there and remains with me. Thank you so much for that. It will take a while to understand what Robert Bly was saying; maybe Arlo's comment about it was best: "He [Robert Bly] doesn't want you to live there [in sadness and depression]"

Sounded like you all have a wonderful time :) I'm envious...Fortunately I was not able to attend due to the students coming back to UCONN and I could not get out of work. Maybe next time if there is another opportunity in the fear future :)
