Hey Arlo, great site. Is there any chance of you guys upgrading your ITunes catalog to the better 256 bitrate and DRM free. It's well worth the extra 30 cents that they charge.

It's not only the bit rate we're waiting for, but also a wider ranger of formats. In Times Like These is already mastered at a high bit rate plus 5:1 surround. Also, some of our material has already snuck by Apples lower bit rate quality previously so you're already hearing it (altho you may not know it). To answer your question tho, yeah it's all in the works, but with only one guy doing it all, plus mixing new material, it takes a while to get anything done.

But that's not just some regular one guy! I heard somewhere that Super Abeski was sent here from the planet Krypton with Mac powers far greater than the ordinary man.

I prefer to get my Arlo products from RSR and then putting them into itunesPC and whatever bit rate I want ! You get the liner notes, the people are way cool there, the service is awesome, and what the heck a little delayed gratification is a good character builder. And besides Steve Jobs has enough fruit in his jar.

Though I promote RSR over ITunes I would guess that "Arlo Guthire" the Album with Arlo and Abe on the cover...previously out of print ?....... (I think available only on Itunes-.....Ceashel ?) is a bit rate snuck buyer of sorts ? The sound quality is way excellent, even at standard itunes 128kbs. Is that a autoharp I hear on bling blang ?
