I work for the world's largest environmental firm- we are in 40 countries around the world. We have our own company www intranet site and on the front page employees are allowed to post "Urgent Requests" when they need help on a project. The following was posted this morning:

"Need Landfill Debris Dating Assistance.
I have a client who has a trench filled with debris on their property and would like to determine when the debris was dumped. It appears that the oldest material dates back to the 1940s, but there is more recent materials like AA batteries. Can anyone help?"

I replied back to our global community, "look for the name/address/date on the envelope under the debris pile", then gave them the link to this site where the lyrics to Alice's Restaurant are posted.
