So Arlo said something at the last show I was at about guitar strings being inspected on planes as possible weapons or something like that. Any one who has traveled recently know about this ? I'm flyin down to Florida (Melbourne Beach !!) soon and want to bring a Martin Backpacker as carry on and want to avoid the group W bench. Thanks.

They won't pull them off an instrument that has them on...they might confiscate a pack of new strings.
