A wonderful Mothers Day gift for my wife of 40 years! My sincere thanks for a most enjoyable evening. There are so few storytellers left, so it was a real treat to be entertained the way we were. We were especially pleased to hear "This Land" sung with the Canadian version of the chorus.

Many years ago, some friends and I attended university in Montreal. Like so many, we had a little folk band that sang mostly the tunes of the time, but we did manage to create a few of our own. In that light, I share with you the chorus we wrote to Woody's classic song for our French-Canadian friends, just on the off-chance that you do a concert in Quebec someday):
