Great news indeed :D I am going to check out flight prices etc for the Rhythm festival this week. I went to the festival a couple years back when Richie Havens was playing and what a great time it was.

Edinburgh gets pretty wild at Beltane (April 30). Looks like Woodstock for Pagans!

Captain Zap, Yeah the night that Beltane is on is a pretty wild naturally mind altering night. I think they have a similiar thing on at stonhenge but in a grander scale of things. (different time of year though) And they say the Edinburgh hogmany street party is good!!! :D

Maybe someday I'll get to go. It looks like a great time! Got to run it past the Mrs. She wants to go to Iceland. Lava, tectonic plates and Björk!

Have fun in Scotland! I went there once for 20 minutes when I was in Europe in the early 70's. They plane made a 20 mins stop to let some folks off. So all I saw was outside the planes window...

I also stayed in Edinburgh for about 20mn (to go from the airport to the station). It would be so nice to go back there, especially for a concert,……. but maybe there will be also one in the country which is just on the other side of the Channel ? :)

Hi Agnes,

She is only known as björk. her music is like an electro pop transfusion mixed in with a lot of weird and wonderfull things  . It certainley is an acquired taste, much like vegemite!!

My apologies to Björk and any of her fans, but "Björk" sounds like some sort of canned, processed meat by-product (like Spam). Could be processed beef jerky and pork? Hey! I might be onto something here....
