I saw the show on Saturdau in Irvine and it seems like Arlo;s idea of sending lots of little(not in talent) Arlos out into the world is working btilliantly.
The only problem is that I keep singing "Shit makes the flowers grow" to
myself and since I teach kindergarten it's not that far from the truth.
I haven't laughed that much in a long time. Thank you all.

Also, someone should write a book called "What Would Arlo Do?

We had "In a Hundred Years" stuck in our heads for about a week after we saw them in Austin. I like the song--I like all of the new songs by Sarah Lee et al., but I'd rather have been stuck on "Shit Makes the Flowers Grow."

If you should lose it from your braincells and want SMTFG back, you can get the Folk Uke CD through the "Get Stuff" link on the left of the screen. Just look for it under "Music." I find the song very useful, as when someone cuts you off in traffic--just sing a bar or two. (Folk Uke is Cathy Guthrie and Amy Nelson [Willie's daughter]).

The Guthries are amazing, aren't they!? I'm so glad you got to see/hear them all together.

It would be a book with one page and that question printed on it, because no one knows for sure including the subject.
