I'm a follower of Siddha Yoga. Has Arlo ever met Gurumayi?
Does he meditate? Vegetarian? Believe in reincarnation?

Oh, by the way, has Arlo ever read the Urantia Book? Did he ever sit with Da? Visit Ram Dass in Maui?

Would he be interested in adapting some of the Siddha yoga mantras to more rocking music? Does Arlo play the flute?

I know he is a vegetarian. I think he liked Ram Dass. I think he taught a yoga class at the church but don't quote me as I didn't get to go with it being so far from me here in VA. I bet this topic brings him out of the woodwork.
