Pickles served at a Chinese restaurant - trying to figure out where to get the recipe? I went to a Chinese restaurant recently that served (like other restaurants serve bread) pickles along with a dish of crispy wafer-like things. The pickles looked just like regular dill chips but had little red flakes in the mix. I should have asked what they were at the restaurant but I didn't, and I've googled the heck out of it with nothing that matches.
