So, my sister moved down to Florida a few years ago and I have only seen her and her family a couple of times since.

Last year she posted a picture of one of her sons, Kristofer, on line and I almost fell out of my chair when I saw it. He looked like a (very) young Arlo.

Ever since that day I have been bugging her to take a pic of him in a mock up of the Alice's Restaurant album cover. After about a year of hounding her she finally relented and sent this pic to me today. I just had to share.

Here is the pic she sent after a little GIMP magic:

I think he should go right out and get arrested for littering! Something non-toxic, perhaps even helpful, like dumping a bunch of edibles out front of a homeless shelter on Thanksgiving.......then he wouldn't even have to pick it up! And he better learn how to play a guitar........can you get your hands on a red VW microbus? Street cred would definitly help :D

I believe he plays the tuba, though I could be wrong about that.

Nope. Just asked and it's his brother that plays the tuba. Kris plays the viola. I'd like to hear him play Alice on that thing!

Glad you enjoyed them. I had a blast doing the editing work for the album cover.

He'll have to do a vid of himself playing Alice on the viola. And then put it on YouTube. :)

That would be pretty cool. I'll have to see if I can talk him into it.

My nephew, Kristofer, has been at me asking if the folksinger has seen these pics and what he thinks.

So I'm just throwing it out there. If you are reading this ADG, have you seen them yet and, if so, did they raise a smile?

Kris anxiously awaits your thoughts :D ,

- Philthy
