Arlo came into the restaurant we were eating at. I asked if I could take a photo, he graciously said "Sure."

After finishing his supper he walked across the street and sat down on a step, called someone on his phone. It seemed odd that he was alone. No one was bothering him, so I just put on my zoom lens and took this:

The air conditioning at the Crystal Theater had broken down. It was HOT! They had a big fan blowing on the performers. That's why Arlo sorta looks like Albert Einstein in these two:

I didn't get to go to the private reception after the show, my wife was really sick. I wanted to buy him a beer and sing him a song, but wives come first.

Hope your wife is feeling better. Prayers just said for her. Thanks for posting those. They were neat. Arlo is just a regular guy. That's one thing I like about him. No star attitude or anything.

It was freakishly hot and muggy also when ADG came to MY area, 7-25-2005, Interlochen Michigan. (I got the date off the ticket stub... it's still in my guitar case).

I don't remember Arlo having a fan on stage, blowing him. (Now THAT didn't come out right!!! ). :shock:

......... He was performing on a covered stage and the air was NOT moving. All I remember was Arlo with a towel, wiping his forehead after and before every chorus.

He seems to have a knack for performing in the heat. :roll:

That bracelet is very nice. He was still wearing it last weekend of August in Tonder.
