What is it, what's the penalty, and why you wouldn't want "Litter-er" on your permanent record. I would love to splice in about 15 seconds of Arlo's song talking about everyone moving away from him on the bench when he tells people he was arrested for littering. Of course, it is his copyrighted material and we would never add a sample without his approval, so we're asking for his approval.
