From what I can interpret from the above question in the link:

Leon -->Arlo and Steve -->Allman Bros

Therefore, I think it has something to do with either CONO or a song that Steve made famous that Leon sang due to Steve's becoming well-known as a result of CONO... but Arlo and Steve were grouped together in the above quote, not separately.

Maureen, one last connection that really doesn't count except that Leon played in Great Barrington one night last fall while Arlo played at The Church... however, I waited and waited and Leon never showed up at The Church after his own show.... wonder if he showed up at Arlo's place?

Terrie I was at Leon's concert in Great Barrington, it was awesome. It was my birthday present from my hubby. I hope to get to see Arlo play again one of these days. I have not seen him since the 80s. Wouldn't that be great to have Leon and Arlo both play together... wow a dream come true for me. Would be interesting to see what songs they would choose to play together. Maureen

I saw Leon in Annapolis not to long ago at Ram's Head Tavern. He was great! If he comes around and you like that Gospel tinged rockin' piano he does, I highly recommend. His daughters can get down pretty well to (Mary's kid can really belt it out)!
