Just figured I'd finally ask - Why isn't Arlo (album) available from Rising Son Records?

* I have heard rumors over the yrs. that that L.P. was Arlo's least favorite piece of work. Just speculation there.

** I did notice last Oct. there were copy's for sale at the Church. Whether it was on RSR, or reprise, that I don't know.

Arlo is one of my favorite AG albums. I have many fond memory's of listening to that, at some friends house. You couldn't eat dinner without something Guthrie playing softly in the back-ground. My girlfriends Dad loved 'Try me One More Time'. He referred to it as beer drinking music.

I have to agree with you rb, "Arlo" is one of my favorite albums too "Try Me One More Time" is an appropiate song for swaying and singing along to it while drinking beer in a country and western bar. Another fav song is "Meditation(Wave Upon Wave)" It is so beautiful the way Arlo engages the strings on the guitar and is also a song for sitting indian style, closing your eyes and plugging the Glade scented oil refer scent..... I am really bugged, I wish Arlo would stop being mean to his guitars he is always picking on them
