ok... i must admnit that a small country like mine (portugal) is not usually the prefered stage when an artist has to pick a few dates in europe

ireland maybe can be te best option to me flying with ryanair... but... not realy shure i can make it

Yeah but I remember playing Portugal years ago and they had the best crowds ever! I'd love to come back one of these days... I'll make sure it happens.

See the Ireland dates have been announced, looking good, I shall have to try and get over somehow, I'll go to whichever one I can camp near!

They are all city concerts but being honest our cities are not all that big so you will get good value in hotels, B&B's and hostels

Galway - as close to heaven as you can get in Ireland
Limerick - Small town on the west Coast
Dublin - I live there and am biased but the venue really is fantastic
and Mc Grory's of Culdaff - wow in the middle of nowhere, a really great choice have been onto the venue already

adg, it may be worth the trip back to Ireland just to see if they munched up all that 1000 year old butter yet.....I mean it's gotta be like 1005 years by now if there is any left!

Larry - you remembered! I forgot all about that. I'll have to check - great idea!

How could I forget something as important as that? (Even though sometimes lately I don't even remember having a memory).
Besides, it's what blunderites do........keep track of your exploits and stuff.
And even though it was you that actually HAD the experiance with the 1000 year old butter and I didn't, I remembered it and you didn't. That's cuz we blunderites pass around a collective brain cell that we all share.You may have unwittingly joined the club it would seem. It's sort of a concept similar to celery consciousness, but not really.
Anyway, I'm sure we are all waiting for a butter update, and perhaps even a butter realted song after your trip. I mean one can write songs about food stuffs other than pickles you know!

That's one of the cool things about Europe Cheryl, the long history they got over there. While it may not be rare to find 10 day old coffee and donuts at truckstops or even 5 year old butter at a Waffle Hut, there ain't much chance of finding 1000 year old butter in America, cuz I don't think the Native Americans made butter then. A song you say Cheryl?

They may not have had the butter (I don't think the bison stood still for milking!) but they had the popcorn!!

All this talk about butter, waffles, and popcorn is making me hungry Does Ireland have any 1000 year old biscuits stashed anywhere? Imagine that? Must be spinach flavored by now or even mint flavored or both, if anybody dislikes the spinach flavored biscuits go for the mint flavored to dissolve spinach breath....like buttah!!
