I am pretty sure that a couple of weeks ago I saw a listing in the schedule for Arlo at the Hackney Empire in August. I tried the venues site at the time, but there was nothing.
Now it has disapeared from the schedule too!
(Now Arlo, if you are having trouble finding a friendly venue, I run 12 pubs in London... not a big gig, but very hospitable!!)

Any more news on another gig in london/anywhere else in the UK?

Yeah, we thought the Empire would be a great gig as we'd done it before (a few times). Evidently it wasn't working for the promoter so while he's looking into an alternate venue it's off the calendar. Check back we should have something else happening soon.

I'll put in another request for a gig in Swindon, Wiltshire (try the Swindon Arts Centre) -- although I know it's a longshot, it doesn't hurt to ask, does it!
