Hey everyone,

It was so cool. On my daughter's birthday, March 2, 2011, I opened up my local Longmont, CO, Times-Call Newspaper. Went to about my favorite page, the Opinion Page--I kinda like letting my opinion be known now and then, and hearing other folks' opinions as well.

As usual, usually I read the articles first then jump back up to the top of the page to read the daily opinion cartoon last--don't know why I do it that way, I just usually do. So, this day, as my eye glanced over the cartoon, not really a-lookin too hard at it, as I went to read some folks' out there's opinions, in my mind I thought, "Man, that looked like Arlo!"

And when I was done reading everyone's opinions, I went back up to read the cartoon, and what do you know? It WAS Arlo!!! I got the biggest kick out of it; It made my day! I bought extra copies and sent some to my parents and to my Aunty Jo out in Oklahoma.
I hope they enjoy it as much as I did.

It's a really cute and clever cartoon, so Arlo clever and cute, only he could a thought of that one! It has a cartoon picture of Arlo with his "Stickin' to the Union" message you find here on his web-site. Loved it!! I appreciate our local opinion page editor finding it and printing it. Has anyone else out there seen it in their newspaper?
Katy Re,
signing out for now

So I see a lot of folks have viewed the post, but no-one except Ceashel has replied as having seen the cartoon or knowing of it. I think it was pretty cool to find it in my paper that day.

I'll be seeing Arlo in concert tomorrow in Boulder; looking forward to it.

To say, "Have a great time at the Arlo show" would be extremely redundant (reblundant?). Arlo always = great time. In any case, have a blast!!!

I had seen it on Facebook... I think it was posted on the NPR page. It's a wonderful depiction of something Arlo posted here on ArloNet.

I'll be in Boulder tomorrow, too! Maybe we'll get to meet. I'll be with Terrie, who doesn't post here much, anymore. So if you see a chunky blonde and a tiny redhead, come say hello!

I enjoyed the show in Boulder. Could have listened to another hour of Arlo's singing, though. Looked for you, Wyldflower, but afraid I didn't see ya. I was up front on left side of auditorium. You?
